What we collect
When you submit a booking or contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, event date and venue. We do not collect payment card details on this website — advance payments are made directly through bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer.
How we use it
Your contact details are used only to respond to your enquiry, confirm your booking, and coordinate on your event day. We never sell or rent your information to third parties.
Your photographs
You own your wedding photographs. We retain a copy for backup and, where you have given written consent in the contract, we may display selected images in our portfolio and on social media. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us and we will remove the images from public display.
Data retention
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months. Delivered galleries are retained for the period stated in your package (1 year, 3 years, or lifetime), after which they are permanently deleted unless you request an extension.
Cookies
This website stores your language and theme preference in your browser local storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
