Booking and advance
A date is reserved only after a 30% advance is received and the contract is signed by both parties. Until then the date remains open to other clients. The remaining 70% is payable on the final event day, before delivery begins.
Postponement
Your advance transfers to any new date within 12 months of the original date at no extra charge, subject to crew availability. We do not charge a postponement fee.
Cancellation
Cancellations more than 60 days before the event are refunded in full minus a 10% administrative fee. Within 60 days the advance is non-refundable, as the date has been held and other bookings declined.
Delivery
A sneak peek of 20–30 edited photographs is delivered within 72 hours. The full gallery and film are delivered within the working days stated in your package. If we miss the contracted delivery date, the penalty clause in your contract applies.
Copyright and usage
We retain copyright of the images as the creators. You receive an unlimited personal-use licence — print, share and reproduce freely. Commercial resale of the images requires separate written agreement. We may display selected images in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
Crew and substitution
The photographers named in your contract will shoot your event. In case of illness or emergency, a named substitute of equal experience is assigned, and you are informed as soon as possible.
Limitation of liability
In the unlikely event of total equipment or data failure, our liability is limited to a full refund of amounts paid. We carry dual-card recording and same-night backup specifically to make this outcome practically impossible.
Travel
Travel within Dhaka division is included. Outside Dhaka, actual transport and accommodation cost is added at cost, with no markup, and is agreed in writing before booking.
