How far in advance should we book?

For December–February weddings, three to six months ahead. Winter is peak season in Bangladesh and popular dates go early. For other months, one to two months is usually enough.

How much advance payment is required?

Accepted Answer

30% of the package total confirms your date. The remaining 70% is due on the final event day, before delivery begins.

Do you travel outside Dhaka?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all 64 districts. Travel within Dhaka division is free. Outside Dhaka, we add actual transport and accommodation cost only — no markup.

When will we get our photos and film?

Accepted Answer

A sneak peek of 20–30 edited photos within 72 hours. The full gallery in 15–25 working days depending on your package, and the highlight film with it.

Do we get the raw files?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All packages include the complete unedited set on a pen drive or cloud link, alongside the retouched selection.

Question 6

Can we customise a package?

Accepted Answer

Always. Add a drone, drop the album, extend to a third day — tell us what your wedding actually looks like and we will price it accordingly.

What if it rains or the event is postponed?

Accepted Answer

Your advance transfers to any new date within 12 months at no extra charge, subject to crew availability. We have never charged a couple for a postponement.

Question 8

Do you offer live streaming for family abroad?

Accepted Answer

Yes — three-camera live production streaming simultaneously to Facebook, YouTube and a private link, with bonded 4G/5G plus a wired backup.
